Our drawer sides are made from high-quality Chinese Birch. These include solid Kiln-Dried Birch that is edge-glued – alternatively these can be made allowing for Finger-joints if price point is a primary consideration. We also ship pre-cut, and Pre-finished Drawer Bottom blanks made from Birch-faced plywood. Our primary products pre-finished using a clear base coat with two (2) U.V. Cured Clear coats with a sheen factor of 35 to 40. This strong U.V. Cured coating is the same type of coating used on wood flooring – and it is exceptionally resistant to scratching or damage. |
